Ocean Tech Services, LLC is pleased to be chosen as a Prime Contractor for SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e), NAVSEA and Navy Virtual SYSCOM Solicitation N00178-06-R-4000.  Ocean Tech Services's Team will provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps. Ocean Tech Services was chosen for it’s technical capability including depth and breadth for each proposed zone, our management team approach, subcontracting requirements and past performance. Our Cost/Price approach provides a realistic, savings, ceiling unit pricing and a compensation plan which is key to saving the U.S. Navy substantial money over the life cycle of this contract.

SeaPort -e has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services
a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR)
have adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services. The SeaPort-e portal provides a
standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved
contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach
allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, & approaches across
the Navy's critical service business sector.
